ICELAND

The Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority (MAST) is the official authority in Iceland responsible for the certification of seed and other plant propagating material and also the control of import and export of plants (incl. seed). The authority is under the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.
