SWITZERLAND
Switzerland is member of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and follows a common approach with the European Union in Seed Certification (Plant reproductive material) and Plant Health as laid down by the 'Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products' in the respective Annexes 4 and 6. The Agreement on Agriculture with all its Annexes is also applicable to traffic between Liechtenstein and the EU since September 2007.
